The Roadmap to Heaven – NAC:22

Why is it do you think that people are so prone in religious discussions to try to define ‘who’s in and who’s out’? When did being ‘right’ become the symbol of someone’s Christlike nature?

The simple fact is that there are a basic set of assumptions that most people believe to be true, and it is from those assumptions the humans feel the need to frame their ‘right-ness’ (notice I didn’t say ‘righteousness’) by defining why everyone else is ‘wrong’. Theses assumptions go something like this:

  1. God is unsatisfied with humanity… therefore
  2. Humans must DO something to please God and ‘fix’ it… therefore
  3. Because there is a ‘fix’ needed, not everyone is going to find that ‘fix’… therefore
  4. Some of us will find it, and some won’t… therefore
  5. Some of us are ‘in’, and some of us are ‘out’… therefore
  6. We need to figure out what to do to be ‘in’, to get it ‘right’… therefore
  7. We must frame our ‘right-ness’ with everyone else’s ‘wrong-ness’… therefore
  8. Being ‘wrong’ means God is unsatisfied with you… therefore
  9. Go back to #1

This never ending cycle of assumptions happens so fast in our minds, and yet, it is nothing more than an endless cycle stemming from our knowledge of what is ‘good’ and what is ‘evil’. Quantifying what beliefs and behaviors make one right with God is the original challenge of the garden, and modern religions are still playing the same game.

How do we break this cycle? Glad you asked…

In this episode we discuss:

  • How to break the endless cycle of the knowledge of good and evil
  • How to bring heaven to earth… TODAY
  • What Jesus meant when he laid out the roadmap to heaven in John 3
  • What exactly the earth is waiting for from YOU, and how to bring it
